StressCheck Tutorial: 3D Modeling of a Skin-Stiffener-Fasteners Assembly (In-Plane Contact)

Abstract: Modeling of a 3D skin, stiffener and fasteners (as cylindrical shanks, no heads/nuts) assembly for an in-plane multi-body contact analysis. In-plane axial loads only, in which the stiffener/skin load ratio is 0.55. Defining parts for each subassembly for easier creation and assignment of contact zones. Model pre-processing only.
